A Brief HOW-TO on Arizona Advocacy at the Legislature

With the 2017 regular session now open, we all need to be ready to make our voices heard in favor of protecting the rights of parents to direct the upbringing of their children without unnecessary interference.

Here are some helpful links to get you prepared:

Most important at this point is for everyone to ensure they have a working account on the Request To Speak (RTS) system.  RTS not only allows you to request to speak at committee hearings, it also offers you the means to express your support or opposition to individual bills.

RTS account registration can be initiated online, but it must be completed in person at either the House or Senate buildings in Phoenix.

If completing the process in Phoenix is too inconvenient, the staff of AZCFF is ready to help.  We can make it as easy as 1-2-3:

  1. Begin your RTS registration online
  2. Fill out our form
  3. We will complete the process for you at the Capitol and notify you when it is complete.

For detailed information on registering with the RTS system, check out our step-by-step guide:  EXPRESSING YOUR VIEW ON THE REQUEST TO SPEAK (RTS) SYSTEM
