JUDICIAL NOMINEES ANNOUNCED

The Maricopa County Commission on Trial Court Appointments has recommended 11 candidates to Governor Doug Ducey for two openings on the Maricopa County Superior Court.

Nominees for the openings created by appointment of Judges Paul J. McMurdie and James P. Beene to Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals are:

  • Justin M. Beresky, Democrat, of Phoenix, Commissioner with the Maricopa County Superior Court.
  • Frank J. Conti, Jr., Republican, of Phoenix, Justice of the Peace at Dreamy Draw Justice Court.
  • Marvin L. Davis, Democrat, of Queen Creek, Sole Practitioner at The Law Offices of Marvin L. Davis, PLLC.
  • Kimberly A. Demarchi, Democrat, of Phoenix, a Partner at Lewis, Roca, Rothgerber, LLP.
  • Adam D. Driggs, Republican, of Phoenix, Sole Practitioner at Driggs Law Group, PLLC.
  • Ronda R. Fisk, Independent, of Phoenix, a Member at Osborn Maledon, P.A.
  • Michael Mandell, Independent, of Tempe, Commissioner with the Maricopa County Superior Court.
  • Andrew J. Russell, Independent, of Phoenix, Commissioner with the Maricopa County Superior Court.
  • Annielaurie Van Wie, Independent, of Phoenix, Commissioner with the Maricopa County Superior Court.
  • Lisa A. VandenBerg, Democrat, of Phoenix, Commissioner with the Maricopa County Superior Court.
  • Tracey J. Westerhausen, Democrat, of Phoenix, a Partner at Debus, Kazan & Westerhausen, Ltd.

Governor Ducey will make the appointments.
